MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough’s 2024 concert series will begin in early June, featuring a variety of local artists and beer served by local breweries.

The series will begin on June 13 with the pop-punk group Color Killer. Eight more concerts will follow on Thursdays at Union Common through mid-August.

Like the previous two common concert series, Marlborough breweries will be on hand serving refreshments. Lost Shoe, Tackle Box and Flying Dreams will rotate service at each concert.

New this year will be two kids’ concerts taking place on June 16 and Aug. 25 featuring music by The Rock Institute, a local music school. Those concerts begin at 2 p.m.

Here’s the full lineup for summer 2024. Each concert takes begins at 7 p.m. at Union Common.

  • June 13 — Color Killer (pop-punk), Flying Dreams Brewing
  • June 20 — Dom V and the Swing Out Bands (swing/big band), Tackle Box Brewing
  • June 27 — The Reminisants (oldies/rock), Lost Shoe Brewing
  • July 11 — Childhood/Huck (pop/rock), Flying Dreams
  • July 18 — Larry Bee and the Buzz (60s oldies), Tackle Box
  • July 25 — True Vibe (funk, soul, blues, jazz, rock), Lost Show
  • Aug. 1 — Usual Suspects (classic rock), Flying Dreams
  • Aug. 8 — The BackTrack Band (50s, 60s, 70s), Tackle Box
  • Aug. 15 — Late Bus (classic rock through the ages), Lost Shoe

The Marlborough Recreation Department hosts the concert series.
